Good News
We are still processing orders the same or next business day, however we at Farmhouse Seeds cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery times and recommend Express Post should you need your order delivered as quickly as possible. Express Post is still Australia Post’s fastest delivery service. Our ‘Tracked’ or ‘Premium Tracked’ options are a great way to keep track of your order and know where your package is at all times and will help you communicate any late deliveries with Australia Post.
If you have selected tracking or tracking has been offered, an email with your tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.
Should you have not received your order in a timely manner, we are very happy to help with initiating an investigation process with Australia Post after 15 business days from the date of Australia Post receiving your order.
Australia Post’s delivery service times are usually between 4 – 7 business days for standard letter delivery depending on locations during normal trading conditions. When they are experiencing delays across their network, delivery times may be longer and updates can be viewed on the Australia Post’s website. Please note that that we send our packages from a Central Victoria Regional Post Office.
While we take the utmost care when sending seeds in the post, should you have any queries or concerns with how your product has been received, please feel free to contact us from our contact page.
We take every opportunity to use environmentally conscious packaging to send our seeds and supplies. Please consider re-purposing, composting and recycling packaging where possible.
Quarantine
At this time, we are unable to ship to Tasmania, Western Australia or Norfolk Island due to quarantine requirements. However, we are working on this and will keep you up to date with changes to these terms. Farmhouse Seeds are also unable to ship internationally at this time.
General Terms
All orders are processed after payment has been received by Farmhouse Seeds.
Farmhouse Seeds reserves the right to change our price list charges or seed count without notice.
Farmhouse Seeds will send notification when your item has been transferred into Australia Post/ Couriers control. Although we will assist in dealing with Australian Post/ Couriers, Farmhouse Seeds will not be held liable for late deliveries, damage or personal costs incurred due to late deliveries.

Return & Refund Policy
At Farmhouse Seeds, we take pride in quality checking all products before they are packed and your order is securely shipped. If you believe you have received any incorrect products, a damaged product or the products are not as described, please contact us via return email within 30 days of receiving your products so we can assist you in a timely manner to return, refund or exchange your goods.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of seeds, we do not accept any returns for incorrectly ordered seed packets.
If you believe you have ordered a non-perishable item incorrectly, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. Any return approved by Farmhouse Seeds must be unused and in the same condition as which they were received. Additionally, return postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser. Any approved refund will only be provided once goods have been received by us, Farmhouse Seeds.
In any unexpected event that a purchased variety is unavailable, we will contact you for a substitute, something different or to assist with a refund.
Undeliverable orders that have been returned to Farmhouse Seeds will be refunded in full within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that any Farmhouse Seeds ‘Return Policy’ does not diminish your rights as protected by Australian Consumer Law. www.consumerlaw.gov.au
Payment Options
Choose from four different methods of payment using reputable and secure financial services like PayPal*, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit Card payments via Stripe (a world-renowned payment provider).
*Please note: If your PayPal is linked to a bank account (not a credit card), PayPal will not finalise payment transfer until it has been released by your bank (which can sometimes take up to 5 working days). Your order will be placed on hold until the funds have been cleared by PayPal into our account. We will then process your order same or next business day.
