An Australian bred variety that has become the go-to for home and market gardeners alike. A reasonably ‘early season’ variety that has good vigour, it will produce tight, white, dome-shaped heads with excellent  flavour. Known for its strong adaptability, Selection 174 performs well in a range of climates, particularly in cooler seasons. The heads are well-protected by upright leaves, which helps to maintain their quality and colour.

White cabbage moth will love your cauliflowers. In warmer months be sure to cover with cloth/netting.

Health & Culinary Notes

• A very flavoursome cauliflower packed with vitamin C.
• This variety is delicious all-rounder. Serve raw, steamed or roasted.
• Add raw to a food processor to make an excellent, nutrition-packed alternative to rice.
