Ready in as little as 70 days, these 500gm sized heads are tight and packed with flavour, perfect for that early crop. A great variety for warmer weather as it will cope with heat and humidity better than many of its larger cousins.
Due to it’s more compact size, ‘First Early’ is also a great choice for those with limited space.
Hint- when the cauliflower heads appear, tie the leaves over them to help keep the colour crisp and maintain the vegetable quality. Keep covered in warmer months to avoid cabbage moth damage.
