This lovely variety of Kohlrabi has a pale green skin with crisp and tender flesh. Harvesting Kohlrabi can begin as early as 9 weeks for baby vegetables or let mature till 12 weeks.
Although the White Vienna variety is sometimes described as less sweet than its purple cousin, more often than not the taste is indistinguishable and selection is based on colour preference.
Kohlrabi is cold and frost tolerant and able to be grown in pots and protect from caterpillars. Perfect for those cold winters.
