This variety growing to about 1.5 meters is an heirloom corn producing nice sized golden yellow cobs that are not too sweet and have a beautifully balanced flavour. Expect around 2-3 cobs per plant.
Hint: Plant in grid format to improve pollination and they are ready to harvest when the silk at the tips turn brown.

- Great source of fiber.
- This variety is perfect boiled and lathered in butter.
- If you have too much produce, shuck, blanch and freeze the kernels for use at a later date.
