Harvest all year round. For continual supply plant successive batches every few weeks. Grows best in moist, rich soil and is slow to bolt.

- Excellent source of vitamin C and potassium.
- Although slightly more peppery than regular rocket, this variety brings a nice balance to salads.
- Older leaves make a great addition to soups and stews.
