Red Cherry Sweet Capsicum Seeds

Also known as ‘Sweet Pepper’.

Deliciously sweet and growing to approximately 3cm these bite sized capsicums are perfect for salads or preserving. Fruit can be eaten green or left to ripen to red.  Highly productive plants that grow well in pots – perfect for small spaces or balconies.

For best results grow in punnets in a warm space for 4-6 weeks before planting out. Try not to disturb the roots when transplanting.

Health & Culinary Notes

  • Known for having nearly double the vitamin C of oranges and high in beta carotene.
  • Thick sweet flesh make for excellent preserving and pickling.
  • Eat raw in salads, or sliced thin for sandwiches or wraps.
