Often described as an open hearted cabbage this variety will produce an abundance of large sweet leaves. Be sure to give each plant some room as they can grow as wide as 70-80cm.
If you love cabbage but do not want to wait for a heart to form this collard variety is perfect for your garden. Tolerant to both heat and frost and slow to bolt.
